Magneto Bearings

Motors are almost magnetic - motors so it need special bearings operation. MAGNETO BEARINGS optimize the structures on the basic of deep groove bearings. The diggest difference is deep groove bearings can take small axial force on both sides, but the magnetic-motor bearings can take medium axial force. The radial force is measured by the volume of roller body (include big roller body or small roller body in the same size).

Big roller body can take higher loads, the small roller body have a higher running speed. Another one is MAGNETO BEARINGS' maximum running speed.Because the MAGNETO BEARINGS' roller body's(not only steel ball but also ceramic ball) running trajectory is stable in some loads, the running speed can be high. The deep groove bearings have axial and radial clearance, balls are snaking in the raceway, the running speed is limited. So the magneto ball bearings are more suited for the motor with low running noise and high maximum running speed.

  • Spherical Roller BearingsSpherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers, mainly take radial load, can also take axial load in any one direction. This kind of bearings have high radial load capacity, especially apply to the environments of heavy load or vibrate load, but they can't take axial load only. These bearings' outer raceway is spherical surface which contribute to aligning function, insensitive to misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing.
  • Self-aligning ball bearings
  • Self-aligning ball bearingsThe outer ring of self-aligning ball bearings' raceway consist of two balls units composed by spheres, inner ring, balls and cage. The curvature center and bearing center line are the same. So the inner ring, ball and the cage can rotate around the bearing center. These bearings can be made into both opened and sealed. Self-aligning ball bearings have two structures: cylindrical bore and taper bore.
