Cylindrical Roller Thrust BearingsStandard mode of cylindrical roller thrust bearing is single row bearing, it can take heavy loads and made into high strength. Cylindrical roller thrust bearings' shape design is simple, can only take axial load in one direction. Compare to the other thrust roller bearings, these bearings have low friction coefficient and quick running speed. Standard design of cylindrical roller thrust bearings use car-type metal solid cage.

Spherical Roller Thrust Bearings youSpherical roller thrust bearings are primarily intended for axial loads, although they can accommodate combined loads to a certain extent. The radial load component should, however, not exceed 55% of the simultaneously acting axial load. Housing washer and cage with asymmetric barrel - shaped roller. Cage and the shaft washer keep the roller together.

Advantages of Thrust Roller Bearings

1. The rolling body and contact area are linear connect can take heavy radial loads.

3. Flexible production mode can provide a wide range of specifications.

Thrust Roller Bearings are used for axles of axial load and radial joint load, but the radial load shall not exceed 55% of axial load. Compared with other bearings, such bearings are provided with lower friction coefficient, higher speed and self-aligning properties.

Thrust cylindrical roller bearings are mainly used for heavy-duty machine tools, power marine gear boxes, oil rig, vertical motors and other machinery.

Self-Aligning Ball BearingsThe outer ring of self-aligning ball bearings' raceway consist of two balls units composed by spheres, inner ring, balls and cage. The curvature center and bearing center line are the same. So the inner ring, ball and the cage can rotate around the bearing center. These bearings can be made into both opened and sealed. Self-aligning ball bearings have two structures: cylindrical bore and taper bore.

Insert Ball BearingsInsert ball bearings actually is a variation of deep groove ball bearing. The characteristic of this bearing is that the surface of outer ring diameter is spheres. It can be insert in concave spheres of bearing housing to aligning. And in most condition, the width of inner ring extend with some locking devices. It can be install into the bearing housing units.
