Four row cylindrical roller bearings have small bearing cross section, allow to use relatively large roll neck diameters in comparison with the roll diameter. Since quantities of rollers can be incorporated, the radial load carrying capacity is exceptionally high.

The cylindrical rollers are in linear contact with the raceways. They have a high load capacity mainly radial loads. Roller and ring rib has little friction, can undertake high speed rotation.

Four row cylindrical roller bearings can tolerate axial loads in one direction. Usually use steel cages or car-type brass cages. Also there are some polyamide cages type.

Shape Design

FC--Bearings with two outer ring and one inner ring, every outer ring have ribs both sides, inner ring without ribs.

FCD--Bearings with two outer rings and two inner rings, every outer ring has ribs two sides, inner ring without ribs. Like two NN bearings.

FCD--Two outer rings each with an integral central flange and two loose flange rings; one intermediate ring. Two inner rings. Pierced rollers and four pin-type cages of steel or brass.

M--Two or three double pronged machined brass cages(Without Suffix ).

J--Four pin-type cages of steel.

Special Usage of Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Provide full Cylindrical roller(without cages).

Inner Design

CN--Normal radial clearance, Without Suffix.

C3--Radial internal clearance abrov normal.
